SENIOR FARMER'S MARKET NUTRITION PROGRAM

PLEASE USE AND REDEEM YOUR FARM MARKET FRESH FOR SENIORS CHECKS

If you have 2009 Farm Market Fresh for Seniors Checks:   The last day Certified Vendors can accept your Farm Market checks is Sunday November 15, 2009.

If you are a Certified Vendor:   The deadline to deposit all checks is Monday, November 30,2009.

Funding for Virginia's USDA Senior Farmers' Market Program Grant may be reduced if a low number of checks are redeemed during the 2009 program.  Please redeem your 2009 checks by the dates listed above and help to keep this valuable program active in our area.

Thank you for your participation and please remember that a success with this year's program, (a high percentage of checks redeemed) will help determine if, (and to what extent) SAAA will be able to offer this program again next year.
