June 2008 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE FARM MARKET FRESH FOR SENIORS PROGRAM
THE COUPONS HAVE ARRIVED
Eligible DANVILLE participants must pick up and sign for their coupons at: The Ballou Recreation Center, 760 Main Street, Danville Monday June 23rd or Tuesday June 24th Between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Eligible MARTINSVILLE participants must pick up and sign for their coupons at:The Martinsville Senior Center, 21 Moss Street, Martinsville Monday June 23rd or Tuesday June 24th Between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Eligible Danville and Martinsville Congregate Mealsite participants (only), will be notified of one additional distribution date to take place during a regularly scheduled mealsite. Your local Senior Center and Mealsite are not responsible for this Program. Virginia Insurance Counseling: Medicare is an important safety net and benefit for all seniors. Southern Area Agency on Aging wants to make sure that seniors have all the information they need to make choices that are right for them. A trained Virginia Insurance Counselor will be on hand in your area to provide information, counseling and assistance regarding Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D, and Medicare Supplement Insurance .
